His roles span enterprise technology leadership, advisory work on government platform maturity, and hands-on delivery of data-driven programs that align operations with national digital-transformation priorities.

Tariq specializes in ERP analysis and implementation—translating business-unit requirements into integrated solutions that comply with national enterprise standards and support operational targets. He is an accredited assessor for the Digital Government Authority’s Government Platforms Maturity Index, contributing to enablement projects that activate national systems, produce procedural playbooks, and deliver workshops and knowledge-transfer programs for power users. His background includes leading Arrowad Group projects to train teams on technical activation and integration (readiness assessments, cybersecurity alignment, and network-quality verification), administering learning management systems (LMS) to improve UX and instructional performance, and managing cross-functional teams to achieve education and quality accreditations while embedding continuous improvement practices.
