Professional Experience

Abduljabbar Shaaf is a consultant in business procedures at Kaizen Consulting. He is the founder and CEO of Makan Contracting (Makkah), a co-founder and board member of Ariz Trading (Riyadh), and former CEO of Ru’ya Center for Social Studies. His portfolio includes advisory roles with STC on process projects, entrepreneurship mentorship in Riyadh, and certified training and program design with Arrowad Group and national initiatives for the Ministry of Tourism. He also led communication and compliance for Human Resources Development Fund projects (wage-level program), bringing hands-on leadership across private, public, and nonprofit sectors.

Practical Expertise

Abduljabbar specializes in documenting, redesigning, and optimizing business processes; building and governing policies and procedures; and driving institutional transformation and sales growth. His work spans Kaizen-based continuous improvement, corporate management and change enablement, and end-to-end process implementation—covering stakeholder training, SOP development, and quality assurance. He is a certified trainer (TVTC, Arab Board, and others) and a BPTrends Associates–certified Process Management Expert, with substantial experience delivering train-the-trainer programs and developing professional training kits.

Abduljabbar holds an MBA from Aden University and a second Master’s in Human Resource Management (MBA) from the Canadian University of Toronto, plus a B.A. in Education from Sana’a University. His professional certifications include BPTrends Associates Certified Process Expert, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, and Project Management Professional (PMP®).
