Professional Experience

Karim Dwedar is experienced in the field of training and development, with a track record in managing and delivering training initiatives. Karim has served as a Training Projects Consultant and a Training Programs Supervisor at Kaizen Consulting, in addition to holding the position of Training and Operations Manager for several training centers. Throughout his career, Karim has demonstrated expertise in overseeing end-to-end training operations, managing diverse teams, and ensuring that training projects meet organizational goals and client expectations.

Practical Experience

Karim has participated in training projects for both government and private sector entities, including the Saline Water Conversion Corporation, the “Basateen Al-Ma’refah” project for preparing and empowering orphans for the job market—an initiative by Her Royal Highness Princess Fahda bint Falah bin Sultan Al Hathleen for Humanitarian Work—Al Baha University, the General Presidency for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, and the Armed Forces Medical Services in Hafar Al-Batin. He has extensive experience in preparing technical and financial proposals for training tenders, supervising programs in tourism and values enhancement, and executing customized training contracts. His deep knowledge in training management and project execution has positioned him as a trusted consultant and expert in the field.

Educational Background and Training

Karim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Port Said University. Karim is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and an International Certified Management Consultant in Change Management (IMCM). Additionally, Karim has completed the foundational training accredited by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM®) and undertaken several developmental courses in Training of Trainers (TOT) and Training Needs Analysis. Karim is also a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and continuous growth.
