Rami Alshater is a Data Governance and Compliance Consultant at Kaizen Consulting، with a career that combines technical engineering and advisory expertise. Previously, he worked as a Technical Engineer at Solver Middle East Company. He has contributed to the establishment of the Data Management Office at the General Authority for Competition and has supported major government and private sector projects, including initiatives for the Royal Commission in Jubail and Saudi Aramco. His work reflects a strong background in both data-driven governance and large-scale operational project management.

Practical Expertise

Rami has extensive experience in developing policies and procedures for data management, including governance frameworks, personal data protection controls, and internal/external data-sharing mechanisms. Currently, he is engaged in a project with the Saudi Electricity Regulatory Authority to build data analytics capabilities—designing use cases such as energy consumption forecasting and grid reliability improvement, selecting appropriate tools, and conducting training and knowledge transfer programs. His expertise also extends to service process mapping, policy improvement, customer-centric operating models, awareness campaigns, and Kaizen-based continuous improvement.
