Professional Experience
Khalid Rabie is as a Consultant at Kaizen Consulting. Prior to this role, he worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at AlRaed Engineering Consultancy and Tabarak Company in Egypt. Throughout his career, he has developed a solid foundation in quality management, operational excellence, and process improvement across both consulting and engineering sectors.
Practical Experience
Khalid's experience includes supporting projects aimed at achieving international quality certifications and operational development. He played a key role in preparing the Contract Management Department of the Saudi Ports Authority to obtain ISO 9001 certification. Currently, he is involved in implementing projects to qualify 150 organizations for ISO certifications under the Vision Realization Office for the Commerce and Investment System, supervised by the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO). Additionally, he participated in projects for the Saudi Red Sea Authority and the General Secretariat of the National Risk Council, focusing on building, designing, and structuring policies, procedures, and operational frameworks. His expertise extends to documenting and enhancing policies and standards in government service sectors, process engineering, restructuring, and applying BPMN tools.
Educational Background and Training
Khalid holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction and Building Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. His professional development includes foundational training from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM®) and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification from TUV Egypt. He is also a certified Business Process Modeling Professional using ARIS® (Software AG) and BIC (GBTEC) systems, a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management Systems (Exemplar Global), and holds the Level 1 certification in International Change Management (IMCM®).
