Qusai Abushaar
Professional Experience
Qusai Abushaar is a Senior Customer and User Experience Consultant at Kaizen Consulting. He previously served as a Senior UX Specialist at the Arab Bank in Amman, Jordan. Throughout his career, Qusai has demonstrated strong expertise in research-driven design, interaction design, usability testing, and digital product optimization, with a particular focus on the financial technology (Fintech) sector.
Practical Experience
Qusai delivered CX/UX services to government and private entities, including the National Center for the Non-Profit Sector, the Digital Government Authority, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, and the Saudi Export-Import Bank. Qusai led the NCNP CX transformation project, developing CX frameworks, experience mapping, and improvement recommendations to create a more user-centered experience. His practical work includes conducting end-to-end customer research, identifying pain points, and aligning services with user expectations through journey mapping and heuristic evaluations of government platforms. Additionally, as a founding member of the UX/UI department at Arab Bank, he played a key role in enhancing AlArabi Mobile and AlArabi Online platforms, and has also served as a UX trainer for corporate teams across multiple industries.
Educational Background and Training
Qusai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Petra, and a Professional Diploma in User Experience Design from Princess Sumaya University in Jordan. Qusai has also earned several industry-recognized certifications, including Mastering Customer Experience (Forrester®), Google UX Design, and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
