Abdullah Alrahabi

Professional Experience

Abdullah Alrahabi is a Business Process Specialist with a background in information technology, process design, and organizational development. His previous experience includes serving as a Network Engineer at Rawd Al-Taqnia for Network Solutions in Jeddah and as a Senior IT Specialist at Al-Hikma Charity Association in Yemen, in addition to holding a leadership position as Executive Director at Imam Nafi Center for Education.

Practical Experience

Abdullah has hands-on experience in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and workflows aligned with organizational goals and international best practices. Abdullah participated in projects such as structuring and documenting policies and procedures for all departments of the Saudi Red Sea Authority, and establishing the Process Management Office for the General Secretariat of the National Risk Council. Abdullah also contributed to projects for the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, including customer journey ecosystem analysis and Voice of Customer (VoC) platform enhancement. His work with the Ministry of Culture’s Translation Guidance Project involved transforming raw data into analytical reports and interactive dashboards. Additionally, he supports the development and monitoring of annual training plans and is recognized for his refined skills in designing and formatting professional reports and presentations, as well as his foundational expertise in network infrastructure and IT environments.

Educational Background and Training

Abdullah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Ibb, Yemen. Abdullah has completed advanced professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), Certified Business Process Professional (BP Trends Associates), and Business Process Modeling Professional using ARIS® (Software AG) and BIC® (GBTEC) systems. Abdullah also obtained the EFQM® Certified Foundation Training from the European Foundation for Quality Management.
