Professional Experience
Abeer Abdullatif is a User Experience Consultant at Kaizen Consulting, having previously worked with Construction & Development Company (CDC), Technology Specialist, and Tafaseel in Dubai. Earlier in her career, she gained foundational design and web development experience as a Graphic and Web Designer at Coreations in Egypt. Throughout her professional journey, Abeer has contributed to numerous national and private sector initiatives, combining creativity with strategic design thinking to enhance usability and digital experience.
Practical Experience
Abeer is currently leading UX efforts in the Customer Experience Improvement Project at the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development. Abeer has collaborated with the Digital Government Authority on evaluating multiple government platforms and led a design team in rebuilding the visual identity and enhancing the UX of a royal nature reserve in Saudi Arabia. Her practical expertise covers a wide range of UX activities, including wireframing, user flow design, user persona development, content and UX writing, and usability analysis for digital platforms. Additionally, Abeer has trained teams on Adobe design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator and has been instrumental in improving digital interfaces and optimizing user journeys to align with business goals and user expectations.
Educational Background and Training
Abeer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Mansoura University in Egypt. Abeer is certified by Google in User Experience Design (UX Certification) and holds a professional certificate in UX Writing. In addition, Abeer is a Certified Customer Journey Mapping Professional from Forrester®, and has completed a Project Management Certificate from Middlesex University in the United Arab Emirates.
