Doaa has experience in analyzing customer interaction data using analytics tools to generate insights that guide strategic decisions. Her technical expertise includes full-stack web development using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, as well as website design, data integration, and testing.

Doaa holds a Master’s degree in Communication Systems Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Network Engineering, from the Lebanese University.
