Abdulrahman Kamali is a Kaizen, Quality, and Operational Excellence Consultant at Kaizen Consulting, with a solid professional foundation as a Quality Assurance Engineer at the Egyptian Investment Authority. He brings extensive experience in developing, implementing, and enhancing quality management systems, operational frameworks, and governance structures across both public and private sectors. His professional career demonstrates a strong commitment to institutional excellence, continuous improvement, and the application of international standards to achieve sustainable organizational performance.
Practical Experience
Abdulrahman has played a role in several high-impact government and institutional projects. He is currently contributing to projects with the General Secretariat of the National Risk Council, focusing on developing the operating model and designing the governance framework, policies, and operational procedures for all departments and sectors. He has also participated in major initiatives for the Saudi Red Sea Authority and the National Center for Government Resource Systems (NCGR), where he supported the development of integrated management systems and operational structures. His expertise covers process engineering and re-engineering using BPMN 2.0-compliant tools, documentation and improvement of policies and procedures, and implementation of ISO standards. Additionally, he applies Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, statistical analysis, and quality control tools to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Abdulrahman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from South Valley University, Egypt, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute (PMI®). He is also a certified Lead Auditor for Business Continuity Management Systems (ISO 22301:2019) by Exemplar Global and has completed professional training in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015). His qualifications include advanced training in process engineering and reengineering using BPMN 2.0 tools such as BIC, ARIS, and Visio. In addition to his consulting expertise, he possesses technical competencies gained through courses in classical control, electric drive systems, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and electrical station components—providing him with a comprehensive skill set that bridges both engineering and quality management disciplines.
