Abdulrahman Alqarni is an accomplished Project Management Specialist with professional experience across management consulting and public sector organizations in Saudi Arabia. He has served as a Project Management Specialist at Kaizen Consulting and as a Researcher in International Comparisons at the General Authority for Statistics. Through these roles, he has developed strong expertise in strategic planning, performance management, and organizational development. Practical Experience

Abdulrahman is currently contributing to the development and implementation of the Change Management Strategy and Framework for the National Center for Government Resources Systems.
