Shaimaa Mohamed is a Statistical and Predictive Analysis Consultant at Kaizen Consulting, with extensive experience in data analytics, research, and visualization. Shaimaa has served in key analytical roles, Abha International Private Hospital, and the Sudanese Development Initiative (SUDIA). Her professional expertise spans data integration, advanced statistical modeling, and communication design—combining analytical precision with creative presentation to support informed strategic decision-making.

Practical Experience

Shaimaa has a track record in using Power BI for data integration, big data management, and the development of interactive dashboards, while also training users in analytical tools. At SUDIA, Shaimaa monitored and analyzed social media campaigns, identifying key trends and producing data-driven insights for strategic planning. In academia, Shaimaa has taught advanced statistics, applied statistics, operations research, and data analysis at leading institutions including Sudan International University, Sudan Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, Al-Farabi College, and the National University. Her research contributions include supervising student projects, authoring academic papers, and applying diverse statistical techniques in scientific studies.

Educational Background and Training

Shaimaa holds a Ph.D. in Statistics, a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics, and a Bachelor’s (Honors) degree in Statistics—all from Sudan University of Science and Technology. She is a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP®) accredited by the Data Management Association International and holds a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst credential (PL-300) for Power BI. Additionally, she has completed specialized training in Data Analysis using Python, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Social Survey and Sampling Methods from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
