Hamza Ahmed is a researcher at Kaizen Consulting, with diverse experience spanning ethics research, strategy development, and electrical engineering. Hamza currently serves as a Researcher in the field of values and ethical strategy formation for a sustainable future, and has held roles as a Values Auditor and Researcher in the Research Department at Al-Rowad Group in Saudi Arabia. Earlier in his career, Hamza worked as an Electrical Engineer at Awan Company and as a Site Engineer at the University of Lahore, where he gained hands-on experience in project implementation and technical operations.

Practical Experience

Hamza has expertise in electrical system design, testing, and troubleshooting, with a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, calculations, and on-site construction work. Hamza has demonstrated proficiency in developing and optimizing electrical panels and components to meet precise technical specifications. Alongside his engineering background, Hamza is currently engaged as a Researcher in the ongoing Values and Strategy Project with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), contributing to the development of ethical frameworks for sustainable global practices.

Hamza holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Power Engineering with a focus on Control Systems. In addition, Hamza has completed a certification in Modern Business Leadership from Harvard University, enhancing his interdisciplinary capabilities at the intersection of engineering, ethics, and strategic leadership.
