Professional Experience

Nasser is a consultant in quality management and institutional excellence, currently working with Kaizen Consulting. He previously served as Quality Director at Al-Rajhi Holding Group, where he was responsible for overseeing quality management systems. With extensive expertise in developing and improving operational processes, he consistently ensured compliance with ISO standards and institutional excellence frameworks. Nasser is highly skilled in guiding organizations through the implementation of quality management systems and in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Work Experience

Nasser has led projects focused on process development and documenting operational procedures within advanced institutional environments. He has developed and updated quality management systems using systematic analysis and continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma. Furthermore, he has represented Saudi Arabia in regional initiatives, including serving as a Standardization Ambassador at the Gulf Standardization Organization and participating in international programs such as Japan’s Environmental Learning and Recycling Program.

Educational & Training Background

Nasser holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Taif University, Saudi Arabia, and a professional diploma in Quality Management from the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce. He is a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, certified by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) in the UK. He is also a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, accredited by the Saudi Accreditation Center. Her qualifications further include a Green Belt in Six Sigma, a Continuous Improvement Certificate from the Kaizen Institute of Japan, and Level 1 Change Management Certification (IMCM®). He is also a Certified Quality Specialist in the non-profit sector and an accredited assessor for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award.
