Rayan Alqurashi is a Project Manager with experience leading complex projects across multiple consulting firms in Saudi Arabia, including Kaizen Consulting, Miftah Al-Khibra Engineering Consultancy, and Norconsult Telematics. Throughout his career, Rayan has successfully managed large-scale initiatives in infrastructure and telecommunications, demonstrating strong leadership in planning, execution, and stakeholder management. His professional background reflects a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Practical Experience

Rayan served as Head of the Project Management Office at Miftah Al-Khibra, overseeing projects for major clients such as Saudi Aramco. At Norconsult Telematics, Rayan managed daily project operations, coordinated with external teams, ensured alignment of technical platforms and data, and approved financial documentation and project completion certificates. Rayan led diverse projects including sustainable development initiatives for Saudi Aramco, 4G/5G technology upgrades, carbon emission reduction studies, and asset transfers for telecom companies. Rayan is experienced in applying advanced project management tools and methodologies, conducting scenario-based feasibility studies, preparing customized reports, strategic planning, and operational management, all while enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring adherence to service level agreements and quality standards.

Rayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University in Saudi Arabia. In addition, Rayan has earned an OSHA® certification in occupational safety and health and a Total Quality Management (TQM) certification.
