Mohammed has developed expertise in strategic planning, performance management, and operational excellence through his work supporting government and nonprofit organizations. His professional background reflects a strong ability to align operational goals with organizational strategy and implement best practices to enhance institutional performance and efficiency.

Practical Experience

Mohammed is currently involved in analyzing and improving the Voice of Customer platform as part of a client experience development project for the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector. His practical experience includes studying and analyzing ecosystems to enhance service quality and delivery, as well as developing and refining policies and procedures aligned with strategic objectives and leading industry practices. Mohammed has contributed to building strategic plans, developing performance indicators, and managing technical requirements and IT infrastructure development.
