Mohammed is currently involved in analyzing and improving the Voice of Customer platform as part of a client experience development project for the National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector. His practical experience includes studying and analyzing ecosystems to enhance service quality and delivery, as well as developing and refining policies and procedures aligned with strategic objectives and leading industry practices.
