Louai Al-Beshari is a Customer Experience and Digital Content Consultant with over seven years of experience across government and consulting sectors in Saudi Arabia. He has served as a CX and digital content consultant at Kaizen Consulting, contributed to the Mystery Beneficiary Project at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and participated in enabling beneficiary service management at the National Center for Plant Pest and Animal Disease Prevention. He also supported government entities such as the Human Resources Development Fund and the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority in preparing for the King Abdulaziz Quality Award. In addition, he managed remote training programs for the Ministry of Tourism and led digital content operations for Kaizen Consulting’s media and electronic marketing channels.

Louai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Lebanese International University in Yemen.
