Ahmed Alsharif is a senior management consultant at Kaizen with 13+ years of experience leading organizational transformation across supply chain excellence, operational excellence, institutional excellence, and digitalization. His work spans manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, healthcare, and government entities in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Netherlands. At Kaizen Consulting Co., he leads projects in business process modeling, operating model design, Lean Six Sigma, and data-driven performance management. Previously, as a senior consultant at Symbios Consulting, he spearheaded large-scale supply chain and digital transformation initiatives. He has also held engineering and leadership roles at Schneider Electric, Syncreon, and Asfour Crystal International.

Ahmed holds a master’s degree in International Business Economics and Management from KU Leuven (Belgium), graduating cum laude with a thesis on connected cars and IoT applications. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design and Production Engineering from Ain Shams University (Egypt), graduating with honors.
