Assisting the Agricultural Development Fund in Transitioning to International Financial Reporting Standards

Financial and Administrative Consultations

We implemented this project to develop the financial, advisory, and administrative infrastructures in the Agricultural Development Fund, aligning them with the fund's new strategy and structure.

The project phases include the following:

  • Reviewing and developing administrative regulations and authorities in various administrative fields.
  • Practical training for all employees in related sectors and achieving the application of best practices in comparison with similar local and international entities.
  • Reviewing and developing financial and advisory regulations.
  • Exploring new investment opportunities.

The project results covered all aspects of work in the Agricultural Development Fund, starting from the board of directors, main departments, job relations, administrative connections, and the sequence of forms and procedures for all administrative, financial, and advisory operations.
