We implemented a study project for the development of the learning process axis within the strategic map for developing university education (Afaq) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The scope of work in the project included the following:

• Conducting research and presenting the strategic map based on best practices.
• Applying various quantitative and qualitative tools to provide reliable data for building future directions focused on the following:
  • Developing human relationships in universities.
  • Student counseling.
  • University systems and quality management.
  • Curriculum development in Saudi universities (general framework).
  • Aligning university graduates' specifications with labor market requirements.
• Providing appropriate recommendations and work programs.
