Wage Level Study in the Business Sector

Study of Wage Levels and Their Suitability for Beneficiaries of the Human Resources Development Fund

Wage Level Study

We conducted this project to study wage levels in the Kingdom's business sector, their suitability for employees supported by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), and their impact on employee retention after the support period ends.

The project phases included the following:

  • Defining the research problem, objectives or goals, study population, and sample size.
  • Determining the survey method across all regions of the Kingdom by applying a set of quantitative and qualitative survey tools such as questionnaires, in-depth interviews, workshops, and focus groups.
  • Collecting data from the selected sample, cleaning and analyzing the data.
  • Interpreting results and drawing conclusions based on research questions and objectives.
  • Presenting results to stakeholders in the Human Resources Development Fund.
  • Evaluating the survey process and its results to identify areas for improvement in future research.
  • Providing a matrix of work programs and initiatives to benefit from the study results.
