Pre and Post Gap Analysis of Institutional Values and Job Integration

Promoting Monsha'at Values

We conducted a pre and post gap analysis study on institutional values and job integration at the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, including the application of electronic questionnaires and measures, focusing on determining levels of understanding, practice, and motivations in applying the system within the work environment, and conducting personality pattern analysis tests at both supervisory and non-supervisory job levels.

The project phases include the following:

  • Developing training content for three levels: Passionate Employee Portfolio, Inspiring Leader Portfolio, and Monsha'at Values Ambassadors Portfolio.
  • Building the capabilities of all Monsha'at employees at both supervisory and non-supervisory job levels.
  • Building and qualifying the capabilities of a team of value ambassadors.
