We implemented this project for succession planning, developing manuals and policies, creating a procedures manual for HR management, planning the center's needs for staff and competencies, developing a plan for filling positions, identifying training and development needs for current staff, building policies and procedures, developing a strategic training plan, developing and delivering a governance model, operational model, strategic and administrative support, and knowledge transfer.

The project phases include the following:

  • Review and analyze current job descriptions, develop them, and propose vacancies with their descriptions.
  • Review and develop the HR policies and procedures manual.
  • Create a recruitment and hiring plan.
  • Develop a succession plan.
  • Develop a methodology and procedures manual for performance management.
  • Create a methodology for onboarding, orienting, and preparing new employees for their roles.
  • Establish a mechanism to measure employee engagement.
  • Set and align employee objectives with departmental operational goals.
  • Create a talent management plan including the development of a talent management methodology.
  • Develop a strategy for training, education, and continuous development.
  • Analyze technical requirements for HR electronic systems, including performance management system, rewards system, learning systems, and employee voice platform.
