We are currently working with the Digital Government Authority on a project to develop a governance framework to respond to beneficiary feedback and supporting regulations. The project scope includes the following:

• Studying five (5) models of the most important similar practices at the regional and international levels regarding the functional role responsible for overseeing the work of government agencies in responding to beneficiary feedback.
• Developing the operational model for the tasks of the functional role responsible for overseeing the work of government agencies in responding to beneficiary feedback.
• Developing work models for responding to beneficiary feedback in the government sector in the Kingdom.
• Developing a governance framework for the functional role: testing mechanism and measuring the capacity of government agencies, objectives, tasks and responsibilities, organizational structure and description of roles and job functions, coordination and follow-up processes and procedures, response channels, detailed scope of operations for the functional role, government agencies' commitment charter, and information on available benefits for beneficiaries and expectations related to government agencies' response.
• Preparing the required documents to activate the response role and approve the functional role responsible for overseeing the work of government agencies in responding to beneficiary feedback.
