Development of Standards and Guidelines

We are currently working with the Digital Government Authority on a project to develop standards and guidelines for the concept of government agency response. The scope of work in the project includes the following:

  • Contributing to achieving the objectives of the Digital Government Strategy, including enhancing interaction between individuals and the government, ensuring government agencies respond to their customers' feedback, and improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
  • Employing best global practices, methodologies, United Nations indicators, and leading organizations and countries in the field of community participation, interaction with beneficiaries, management of consultations, suggestions and complaints, and the concept of government agency response.
  • Developing regulations, policies, standards, and guidelines related to beneficiary-centricity and digital service management.
  • Raising the level of government agencies' responsiveness to their beneficiaries to achieve transparency, cooperation, data and privacy, information sharing and exchange, civil society engagement, and inclusivity as fundamental pillars in digital government policy.
  • Establishing digital government legislation and regulations that facilitate citizens' access to public information and services, enhance participation in public decision-making, and activate e-Consultations between citizens and government agencies.
