Enabling Institutional Values

We implemented this project for the Giad Industrial Group in Khartoum, Republic of Sudan. This project aims to empower the value system among Giad Group employees by providing specialized value-training programs to one thousand (1,000) of its staff, including leaders, engineers, technicians, and administrators. The outputs of this project include:

  • Files embodying the Giad Industrial Group's value system, which are (Excellence and Perfection, Innovation, Environmental Friendliness, Synergy and Solidarity, Credibility and Commitment).
  • Preparation of five training curricula, with one training package for each value.
  • Awareness and practice measures.
  • Value practice bank.
  • Preparation of a training curriculum titled “"The Road to Success and Happiness (Values and Skills)"” specifically for employees' families.
