We implemented this project for the benefit of the Charitable Association for Orphan Care in the Eastern Region (Benaa). This project aims to prepare and qualify eighteen (18) of the association's staff in Al Khobar city by implementing the first level training of the Integrated Leader program “Successful Personal Productivity”, accredited by Leadership and Management International. The main achievements include:

• Empowering self-management capabilities, goal setting, and increasing focus to achieve maximum effectiveness.
• Increasing self-motivation by changing attitudes, behaviors, and habits.
• Developing a written and specific plan of action for success.
• Qualifying and developing administrative staff at both leadership and individual levels and helping them solve problems they face.
• Developing work skills, personal productivity, and team spirit.
