Mobily company chose Kaizen Consulting to implement this project. The project aims to:

  • Engage all employees to create impact through positive change.
  • Create and improve HR responsibilities and processes.
  • Ensure employee competency levels through motivation and workplace environment improvement.

The main goal is to prioritize organizational processes according to improvement and growth objectives, in addition to risk management.

The five stages of the Kaizen deployment roadmap were used: experimentation, modeling, standardization, transformation, and performance.
