Operational Excellence

We have implemented several projects for the National Housing Company, including the following scope of work:

  • Enabling the Operational Excellence Department to expand its scope to cover all sectors of the National Housing Company.
  • Raising the maturity level of operational processes across all sectors of the National Housing Company.
  • Developing a framework for the operational performance management system for all processes and procedures in the National Housing Company sectors.
  • Aligning the company's objectives with its operational processes to support the achievement of the company's strategic goals and vision, and to increase beneficiary satisfaction.
  • Evaluating workforce planning necessary for implementing the company's main and subsidiary processes and activities.
  • Engineering the company's processes at the intermediate level (third / sub-processes and below) to be simplified, standardized, streamlined, automated, and customer-focused (processes designed with steps that focus on the customer).

The scope of work included benchmarking with similar local and global entities, strengthening the relationship between the National Housing Company and its affiliated entities, training and guiding teams and leaders on continuous improvement topics, waste elimination, standardized work for leaders, and problem-solving methods.
