We implemented this project for the General Authority for Military Industries across various leadership, administrative, and technical levels, benefiting approximately ninety-two (92) employees of the organization. The training content was prepared to align with the nature of work at the institution. This project aims to enhance participants' performance and leadership behavior, conceptualize modern concepts of institutional excellence, as well as develop their skills in preparing reports, administrative correspondence, consolidated financial statements, and planning maintenance operations for transportation and communication means.
The programs offered included:

- Self-development for assistants and administrators.

- Maintenance planning for transportation means.
