Integrated Leader Program

Providing training for the four levels of the Integrated Leader Program

Integrated Leader Program

We implemented this project for the Charitable Society for Orphan Care (Insan). This project aims to provide training in the four levels of the Integrated Leader Program from Leadership and Management International (LMI) to sixty-five (65) employees to develop their skills, increase their productivity, and qualify them to be distinguished leaders.

  • Level One (Effective Personal Productivity): Aims to bridge the gap between individuals' current performance and their future potential. It is more than just a training program; it is a development process that helps individuals enhance their productivity through prioritization, effective communication, goal setting, and achieving results.
  • Level Two (Effective Personal Leadership): Helps individuals gain better understanding in effectively managing their needs as well as their supervisors' needs. It also allows individuals to develop their potential for personal leadership by intensifying their strengths, self-image, and motivations, overcoming leadership obstacles, and creating a written and specific success plan.
  • Level Three (Effective Motivational Leadership): Leadership is defined by empowerment and vision. Decision-makers set goals and enable their teams to succeed. Effective leaders inspire their employees to achieve a common goal by seeing the best in them. Additionally, they cultivate a sense of value in others by dedicating time and effort to understanding their priorities, capabilities, and needs.
  • Level Four (Effective Strategic Leadership): This is a management approach where executives, along with a variety of management styles, create a vision for their business that allows for adaptation or continued competition in a rapidly changing economic and technological environment. Strategic leadership aims to improve processes, increase strategic productivity, enhance innovation, and create a climate that encourages individuals to be productive, self-sufficient, and develop their own ideas.
