Labor Market Qualification Program
We implemented this project for Mawaddah Charitable Society for Reducing Divorce and Its Effects. This project aims to qualify (25) beneficiaries to enter the job market by developing their capabilities and skills in multiple fields including job skills, work behavior, and computer skills. This project included preparing twelve (12) training curricula and training the following programs:
- Time and priority management.
- Work stress management.
- Effective teamwork.
- Work behavior skills.
- Customer service fundamentals.
- Secretarial principles.
- Marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Basic skills for call center employees.
- Computer fundamentals.
- Resume building and passing personal interviews.
