We implemented this project for the Ministry of Education, to improve the quality of education and its outputs in the private education sector. The project produced a quality assurance system to be a national product that enhances the quality of education in private schools, based on a strategy for developing and preparing an educational environment that aligns with 21st-century learning requirements. A large number of workshops, field visits, and studies were implemented to build the quality assurance system in private education, which provides the following:

• A database and information about quality assurance practices in private schools in the Kingdom for strategic planning purposes and classifying schools according to their practices at the school, educational administration, or Kingdom level, addressing weaknesses, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strengths.
• Data and reports for those responsible for education development regarding private school outputs and the services they provide to stakeholders and the level of education quality in the programs offered.
• Activating accountability and achieving the Ministry of Education's mission of providing education opportunities for all in an appropriate educational environment in light of the Kingdom's educational policy, raising the quality of its outputs, encouraging creativity and innovation, and advancing the skills and capabilities of education personnel.
• Best international practices and methodologies, covering general education stages, linking quality to all main and supporting activities and practices, focusing on excellence in performance and quality of outputs, supporting oversight to achieve continuous improvement and development, continuous review and updating of system components, objective and comprehensive evaluation, ease of application and low cost, involving stakeholders in implementation.
