Establishing a National Digital Government Award to Honor Outstanding Government Entities

Digital Government Excellence Award

We are currently working with the Digital Government Authority on a project to develop a national digital government award to honor outstanding government entities, as well as to develop services provided by the authority to support government entities wishing to compete in regional and international awards. We are currently implementing the fifth and sixth phases of the project scope, which includes the following:

Fifth Phase: Inventory of all approved local and international awards in the field of digital transformation

  • Study international indicators in the field of digital transformation and the pillars of the Digital Government Authority to identify all compatible local and international awards.
  • Design a calendar of targeted local and international awards in the field of digital transformation for each year and update it periodically.

Sixth Phase: Nominating outstanding national projects for regional and international awards

  • Develop nomination files for participation in regional and international awards through experts in writing award submission content.
  • Provide the authority with content experts in awards and nomination files, and evaluate nomination files for national participations and supporting files competing for awards.
  • Design a guidance manual for government entities on how to successfully nominate and develop content for projects to compete.
