At Kaizen Company for Building Values, we are proud of a series of successes that we see as a qualitative leap in research, consulting, training services, and institutional solutions in the field of values.
We start from a special philosophy built on a solid scientific basis, after reviewing relevant global and Arab literature, studying best practices, and addressing their shortcomings. We have developed an innovative scientific methodology for empowering values in individuals, suitable for their hosting environment, and considering its specificities and requirements.
We work on providing services to the beneficiary, designed to suit their needs and specificities, and to achieve their goals and plans. Kaizen Methodology for Empowering Values (™AVEM)
Values are the core of institutional culture and its deep essence, leading and supporting the achievement of institutions' visions, goals, and objectives. To transform values from inspiring slogans into practical applications on the ground, we have developed a practical methodology for empowering values in institutions and their employees, and a flexible framework based on the principles of Kaizen philosophy for understanding values.
This methodology consists of work steps prepared, implemented, and supervised by specialized consultants in empowering values. It includes tools, procedures, and plans implemented by employees in human resources departments, corporate communication, and value management and empowerment units in various types of institutions. It applies to the institution with its system, regulations, procedures, and plans for employees in the institution with their diverse tasks and work to empower the institution's values and transfer them from slogans to comprehensive practical practices, to build an institutional culture based on values and supporting the achievement of strategic goals and the institution's vision.
How We Can Help
Analyzing the current situation of institutions and the reality of the institutional value system The prevailing culture, whether declared and published, or implicit, according to a framework with various tools and methods, including self-assessment by the institution's team that we train and qualify, then applying analysis, study, and research tools by our consultants, ensuring the provision of reliable data, then analyzing it and issuing appropriate recommendations that can be built upon in determining the current state and developing a model of institutional culture capable of bringing about transformation in the work environment.
We conduct comprehensive measurements before and after implementing empowerment and cultural change processes, covering several axes such as; the level of awareness of employees about the interest and readiness to apply values in general, the declared institutional value system in the institution, the level of practices, processes, and programs in creating a supportive environment, the alignment between their personal values and the institution's, measuring the extent of daily practices and applications or in recruitment, employment, evaluation, and institutional communication models, and how each value serves a strategic goal and future direction. This also includes the role of leadership in inspiring and calling for adherence to its standards and maintaining an environment with an institutional culture based on the declared system, and measuring the continuous improvement in daily professional practices in the work environment by leaders and employees.
We form or improve an institutional value system based on the outputs of the current situation analysis, the future perspective of the institution, the aspirations of the leaders, the extent of expansion and spread of the institution, the quality of services, products, and beneficiaries. Then we build documents from supporting guides, models, and procedures, including; a values booklet to define each value and its meaning according to the institution's activity and field of work, and a statement of the components of each value from sub-components that contribute to consolidating awareness about it.
(Preparing the supportive environment, inspiration, education, enlightenment, and training), according to scientific, practical, and applied methodologies, tools, and guides, and finally building sustainability programs and continuous improvement for the previous four processes.
These five processes are scientific processes specific to consultants engaged in scientific research, preparing procedures, measures, and enablers, and are not procedural services directed to institutions in this sequence. The service procedures take another sequence and more processes, some of which will be explained in part (four), and we have chosen the institutional work environment to apply the model to it.
Working according to this methodology requires great effort, deep and multiple tasks, and employing great energies; from experts and specialists in the five processes that make up the methodology; in order to work on creating the impact sought by those interested in building values in their environments. The following figure combines the methodology processes.
Preparing the Institutional Environment
We provide a set of supporting guides, models, and tools that include: issuing a code of conduct, a values and strategy matrix, a partnership charter with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating values into procedures for attracting competencies and talents, in job description cards, annual and periodic evaluation models, in institutional communication, and human resources policies in the institution.
Spreading Culture and Sharing Knowledge
Training and Learning
We build cadres capable of applying institutional values in the work environment. Training and learning activities are built according to need and designed to suit the beneficiary through examples, case studies, assistive tools, graduation projects, and performance and final tasks. We also provide a package of programs aimed at qualifying experts to be value ambassadors; for continuity and sustainability.
Personal Guidance for Leaders
Because empowering values and bringing about the desired change in the desired institutional culture requires leaders to play a decisive role, we provide a set of specialized guidance and training services for leaders and owners; to acquire values and work on spreading them, inspiring them, and dedicating their application in the work environment through what employees see of the actions and works of inspiring leadership.
