We implemented this project for the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha'at). The project aims to build capacities and develop skills for a specific segment of entrepreneurs in small and medium enterprises and supporting entities through developing and delivering comprehensive training programs covering all technical and professional fields and skills. The training was conducted in the following cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina, Buraidah, and Dammam.

The main achievements of the project include:

• Implementing six training programs tailored for entrepreneurs in technology and industrial enterprises (Kauffman FastTrac Global Programs).
• Implementing six training programs tailored for entrepreneurs in enterprises (Continuous Improvement Programs - Kaizen).
