His Excellency the Minister honors the team, and His Excellency the Assistant praises the dedication and achievement of the Kaizen team
His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Rajhi, honored on Sunday, January 22, 2023, the work team of the Institutional Excellence project, which was implemented by Kaizen Management Consulting, one of the companies of Al-Ruwwad Group, led by Mr. Salah Abdel Hafiz and the work team at the Agency for Strategic Affairs and Vision Realization. This was during a ceremony held on the occasion of the Ministry’s crowning of the silver level in the Ministries category in the sixth session of the King Abdulaziz Quality Award 2022.
His Excellency emphasized that this honor is an appreciation for the efforts made in achieving this qualitative accomplishment, and working as one team to enhance the level of institutional excellence in service of all the Ministry’s beneficiaries.
For his part, His Excellency the Assistant for Shared Services, Engineer Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Jasser, explained that the work team led by Mr. Salah Abdel Hafiz has exerted effort and dedication to achieve this accomplishment and was able, with God’s grace, to build the Ministry’s capabilities in the field of institutional excellence through efforts that will remain. He expressed his happiness with the Ministry’s achievement and the continuation of improvement and development processes, modeling general performance and taking it to new levels.
It is worth mentioning that Dr. Saad Al-Khalaf, Deputy Chairman of Al-Ruwwad Group, honored Mr. Salah Abdel Hafiz and the project team in a special celebration held by the group in appreciation of the team’s efforts and the achieved accomplishment.
