Implementing Six Sigma Methodology
We executed this project to assist ALPLA Group branches in Saudi Arabia (Dammam and Jeddah Industrial Cities), Egypt (10th of Ramadan City), and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai Industrial City) in implementing Six Sigma methodology.
The project phases include the following:
- Training engineers and managers on Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology in all factory branches in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Learning how to collect and analyze data.
- Identifying improvement opportunities, applying necessary statistical analyses, and interpreting results through working with Minitab software.
- Implementing a practical project in all factories to improve quality and reduce defects.
- Team presentation on various projects and demonstrating return on investment.
