Overview
We strive to localize and integrate Japanese Kaizen methodologies and techniques with Saudi local values and culture, to spread the culture of improvement in institutions to achieve results, and to establish improvement systems that include everyone in an organized improvement approach implemented every day throughout the institution. We use dozens of tools and techniques proven in both government and private sectors, and we seek to transfer and localize knowledge and build local cadres capable of improving their institutions' performance with strength and integrity.

ASIX™ (Arabian System for Institutional Excellence)
When applied, our methodology lays the foundation for building and spreading a culture of continuous improvement to drive growth rates, upgrade management systems, and motivate work teams. The methodology can be applied in any organization regardless of its size or activity, and at any time, to change the professional culture and start working the Kaizen way.
We use a comprehensive approach to implement the ASIX™ (Arabian System for Institutional Excellence) in organizations of all types and sizes. First, we review the organization's charter and strategy and apply the Hansei process to reflect on current performance and determine what the organization will look like when its strategy succeeds. Then we map breakthrough goal projects, develop a maturity assessment framework in areas of organizational excellence, prioritize, divide tasks into sequential rounds, and apply the maturity assessment framework at the end of each round to draw a picture of the maturity of the excellence culture in the organization. To ensure steady progress towards achieving the goal, we establish a structure to monitor implementation and apply a standard methodology in measuring the organization's success in achieving action plan outcomes and necessary corrective measures. Finally, we establish foundations and enablers for continuous improvement by applying the Triple Change System as a basis for achieving results of excellence and innovation models.
