We implemented this project for the Ministry of Education, to contribute to the human resources development management axis, by creating qualified experts in the field of administrative professional development for the General Administration of Human Resources Development. We implemented a large number of training programs and workshops to analyze the needs of prospective experts and develop qualification programs. The most important achievements of the project include the following:

• Expanding the development of male and female employees' performance both quantitatively and qualitatively.
• Enabling experts in all sectors of the main apparatus and sub-administrations to manage employee performance development.
• Creating a professional relationship between the manager and their employees based on the process of developing and improving their performance.
• Developing the relationship of the General Administration of Human Resources Development with the main apparatus sectors and sub-administrations in the field of individual development and performance improvement.
