We implemented this project for the benefit of Makarem Al-Akhlaq Association. This project aims to prepare professional specialists in the field of educational values and contribute to creating specialized jobs for young men and women in qualitative positions for educational and social institutions. It also aims to prepare and qualify capable national experts and leaders to lead the process of building, development, and change for the better in society, and to provide accredited quality programs in professional qualification, development, and career growth. Additionally, it aims to raise the level of excellence in ethical and educational value initiatives. This project included providing 195 training hours according to the three levels of the Professional Expert in Values for Educators program: Certificate of Practitioner in Values, Certificate of Specialist in Values, Certificate of Expert in Values. In addition to preparing the following training curricula:

• Curriculum for embodying educational values.
• Curriculum for initiatives and programs in educational values.
• Curriculum for cultural and social marketing in values.
• Curriculum for guidance and counseling in values.
• Curriculum for empowering values through training.
