We implemented this project for the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. This project aims to prepare and qualify seventy-five (75) commission employees in Riyadh and Jeddah through implementing Level One training of the Integrated Leader Program "Successful Personal Productivity", accredited by Leadership and Management International. The most important achievements include:

• Enabling self-management capabilities, goal setting, and increased focus to achieve maximum effectiveness.
• Increasing self-motivation through changing attitudes, behaviors, and habits.
• Creating a written and specific action plan for success.
• Qualifying and developing administrative employees at both leadership and individual levels and helping them solve problems they face.
• Developing work skills, personal productivity, and team spirit.
