United Nations Index (EGDI)
A Project with Ambitious National Goals
We offer specialized and innovative training programs that create added value for organizations, contribute to developing employee skills, and localize knowledge and expertise through highly experienced consultants and trainers, as well as specialized global partnerships.
We work on creating and building educational and training content, developing local curricula in line with the best global practices and standards, and developing innovative policies that add value to the educational process. We also work on aligning all of this with the local values of the community.
Through innovative and robust methodologies based on leading global and local practices, we strive to participate in building a society where every individual can achieve their aspirations, which reflects on the development of the community and improving its quality of life, through scientific and practical approaches to the most important social issues and challenges.
A Project with Ambitious National Goals
This project aims to provide data on which the results of the United Nations digital government indicators are based, and to follow up with government agencies to present a clear picture of customer experience, user experience, digital transformation, data management, and other areas. It also addresses the reasons for the Kingdom's decline in the 2016 index and lessons learned from the experiences of advanced countries in this index. We presented our research results based on scientific foundations and global best practices, and prepared a strategy and roadmap that led to improving the Kingdom's ranking; we achieved internationally recognized accomplishments in a global index.
In this project, we use Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement, as well as methodologies, models, and techniques developed by Al-Ruwwad Group and its partners to improve the Digital Government Development Index according to the standards of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (EDGI). This is done by developing a comprehensive approach that integrates e-government dimensions with Kaizen methods to create a continuous improvement system capable of achieving the aspirations of the Digital Government Authority.
This project provides improvement support within government agencies to meet the United Nations e-government standards (UN E-Government Readiness Index), offering insights into strategies and roadmaps to bridge gaps, providing interactive dashboards that visualize the actual situation versus the target situation, and establishing a continuous improvement system within the relevant government agencies to achieve the targets.
