It included a briefing on Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), hands-on 5S and visual management, and designing, measuring, and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Problem identification, analysis, and practical banking best practices were emphasized to increase flexibility, speed, and effectiveness.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>A. The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Embed a continuous-improvement culture and equip leaders with practical lean skills\u2014without disrupting daily banking services, to make core processes faster, more flexible, and visibly performance-managed across branches and functions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Our Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delivered Kaizen methodology training to 25 leaders, introduced TPM and autonomous maintenance, ran practical 5S and visual management exercises, and co-designed KPIs with follow-up routines, aligning problem-solving and measurement with banking best practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C.
