We supported departments to tailor the model, ran RADAR-focused training for over 195 staff across 20 departments, assigned criterion owners, and instituted impact tracking to raise accreditation readiness and institutional performance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>A. The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Align diverse departments on EFQM 2025, build capability quickly, baseline maturity, and connect excellence practices with measurable performance improvements while preparing for external assessment and accreditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Our Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conducted maturity assessment and gap analysis, provided tailored adoption support, delivered RADAR workshops to 195 staff from 20 departments, assigned sub-criterion owners, activated self-assessment, and established mechanisms to monitor impact and satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C.
