Our team developed course content for selected programs, including supervisory and leadership skills, advanced report and correspondence writing, self-development for administrative assistants, effective leadership and management, and maintenance planning for transport and mobility assets.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>A. The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Standardize and elevate supervisory, administrative, and technical skills across MIC staff, modernize reporting practices, and structure maintenance planning to improve operational performance in a defense-sector context.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Our Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Co-developed targeted curricula using adult-learning methods, competency alignment, and standard work to address leadership behaviors, written communication, administrative effectiveness, and preventive maintenance planning for transport and logistics operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C.
