The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NCGR required a unified, adaptable change approach to standardize launches across diverse systems and projects, align with UGRP and modern technologies, and engage varied stakeholder groups to ensure adoption and sustained benefits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Our Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Built a flexible enterprise change framework, standardized launch and change procedures, tailored project-level change programs, developed practical toolkits for change and unified-system governance, and executed targeted awareness campaigns to raise readiness across internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C.
