Workstreams cover current-state assessment and gap closure, operational and advisory support, documentation system development, capacity building and workshops, internal audits per ISO 19011:2018, external assessment readiness, and phased scope expansion across soil pollution, noise, marine\/coastal environments, and aquatic protection.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>A. The Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Build a compliant, scalable inspection system aligned with ISO\/IEC 17020:2012 and national regulations across multiple domains, close readiness gaps, maintain operations, and produce defensible evidence for external accreditation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>B. Our Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Conduct gap analysis and phased closure and expansion plans; develop policies, procedures, manuals, forms, and technical requirements; deliver ongoing knowledge transfer and workshops; execute internal audits and corrective actions; prepare the accreditation dossier and support external evaluations to close findings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C.
