It designed a comprehensive operating model, developed analytical tools and methodologies, integrated data sources and built staff capacity to evaluate the economic impact of tourism and support evidence\u2011based policy making.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The ministry lacked internal capabilities to assess tourism\u2019s economic impact and needed a dedicated unit to perform rigorous analyses.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Specialists designed the unit\u2019s organisational structure and processes, created economic models and analytical frameworks, integrated necessary data and trained staff to sustain operations.<\/p>\n<p><b>C.
