It establishes robust standards, evaluation tools and training programs to ensure schools meet national quality requirements. Activities include benchmarking best practices, developing criteria, conducting pilot assessments and training evaluators. A digital system is implemented to manage accreditation workflows and data.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><b>A. The Challenge<\/b><\/p>\n<p>General education schools vary widely in quality and lack unified standards. The commission faced limited resources and tools to assess performance consistently across regions and to gain buy\u2011in from stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. Our Solution<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Our team co\u2011created an evaluation framework aligned with international models, provided training to evaluators and school leaders and piloted accreditation processes in selected districts. We implemented a digital platform for data collection and reporting, ensuring transparency and continuous monitoring.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. Key Achievements<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The commission successfully launched a national accreditation programme covering hundreds of schools. Evaluation criteria were standardised, evaluators trained and a digital system established.
